Refreshing and repositioning The Office of the Ombudsman

The Office of the Ombudsman holds the Government to account so that every person in New Zealand is treated fairly. When I was first engaged the organisation had a distinctively traditional, Government personality and reputation - at odds with it's purpose.

The task was to help reconnect the organisation in a meaningful way to the public. I worked with strategist Mike Meechan to create the brand foundations and roll out refreshed brand and communications.
