Les Mills Lambton has for many years been one of business' top performing gyms, in part due to a strong team culture. With the change of some key team members, the problem it faced was how to bring both old and new members together, passionately fighting for the same goals and feeling confident they were a valued part of the family.


I helped translate staff brainstorming sessions into an inspiring symbol that united everyone as a Les Mills Lambton family member with a common goal. I turned the ideas into an identity, story and set of tools that helped inspire them every day.
